To achieve the actual results these 13 members of self-manged teams are formed in Telenor, because they want to solve the problems and and change the outcome.
Very skilled professionalized members are selected for this purpose. They are more trained. They try to manage the employees to communicate with customers in a decent manner. The work shifting matters are also decided.

Finally, Compare the targets set with the actual results to maintain outcome of the Telenor.





*  Cross-Functional Teams

In telenor, managers from different branches like from Kalma chowk, Garden town come together to achieve the goals of Telenor.
Marketing managers from different branches make strategies to improve employees’ performance and to solve the problems.

Different experiences and knowledge are shared and coordinated among diverse managers to facilitate the customers and improve the employees‘performance.

Virtual Teams are those that work on those tasks that have no Physical existence, like technologies networking, IT- related matters and so on. Such teams are very important for almost every kind of company, especially IT related companies.
