Difference Between Sales Invoice And Sales Order
As we know that Sales is the selling of goods sold or services rendered to customers for cash or on credit / account while sales order is made by sellers to buyers for the delivery of goods and services ordered by the buyer. A Sales Invoice containing quantities of goods, items lists, price lists, etc., issued by the sellers or suppliers to buyers. A sales invoice is an evidence that the goods or services have been delivered it to customers while sales order is made to confirm the purchase order made by the buyers and for the approval of completion and any changes made after the purchase order have been received by the suppliers.
