A memo has less details as compared to a Report which has more details a b out a pro b lem, its recomme ndations and solutions. So, we ca n say t hat, a notice is used to inform audience ab out some importa nt points earlier w hile a memo is a n internal communication c ha nnel wit hin an organization.
