I n Accounting 5 Main Types of Accounts are studied. T he whole accou nting revolves around t hese accou nts. So, t hese accou nts are also called 5 pillars of Accounting. T hese are Assets, Lia b ilities, Equity, Reve nues and Expenses. Accounts are recorded according to t he Rules of Debit And Credit of Accounting. So Accounting is a wider term in w hich differe nt types of accounts are studied.
