A affidavit is a statement of evidence which is signed by you i.e., who provides affidavits, for providing a proof in court or for negotiations between two or more parties. All the information written and witnesses provided must be correct and true.


A Brief is given to prepare a lawyer for a lawsuit or it is given to prepare a manager or any person in order to prepare them for a particular meeting, presentation, a project, specified work or task, etc.




A brief of evidence containing the summary of facts is heard in court during hearing. It is read out by a witness.
