Responsibilities and Duties

Ø     Strong attention to detail, with ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines and carry out multiple priorities.

Ø     Assist in ensuring proper internal controls exist in support of the Company's SOX compliance initiatives and regulations.

Ø     Process month-end, quarter-end and year-end journal entries.

Ø     Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.

Ø     Process accounts receivable payments.

Ø     Work on special projects as assigned.

Ø     Assists with researching and documenting technical accounting issues.

Ø     Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.

Ø     Supports the Controller, Director of Finance, and Corporate Accounting department managers in their roles by providing periodic financial analysis.

Ø     Assists the Corporate Accounting department managers with quality compiled information, reports and analyses for periodic reviews by Internal and External Auditors.



Working Conditions

Ø     Interpreting data and adhering to strict guidelines on documentation when recording data.

Ø         Reporting scientific results.

Ø         Using a range of analytical techniques, instrumentation and software.

Ø         Working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

This role is not suitable for a fresh graduate with no industrial experience. 

Preference will be given to those who have more experience and more energetic to work as a profession. Candidates will be selected on merit basis and not on reference basis.
