An HR Manager should check that the right person is selected for the right person. He / She should ensure fairness while recruiting and selecting the employees. HRM policies should be implemented for encouraging and retaining the potential employees.


In recruiting employees, job analysis is issued to select the right talent for the organization. Merit should be followed during this process. A right person for the right place can change the business position of the organization. After selection, the new comers employees need training to meet the professional environment. If employees are performing well then they should be promoted to good position. The salary and other incentives are helpful for improving and encouraging the performance of the employees. Also, discrimination between genders should be eliminated. There should be an equal employment opportunities for both genders.
