because these difficulties or disadvantages make a manager strong and determined.
1 Strict working hours
The
first disadvantage for a manger is to face workload, longer hours but pay is
not so great in lower levels. For example that manager working as first line
manager has to work hard to see the work of lower employees but salary paid to
them is very low e.g. Rs.10000.

3 Failure in fulfilling the Expectations
Whenever the employee comes to the manger with the hope of solving
his problem, manager may fail in solving his problem as is human being. He
cannot solve all the problems within a short period of time. So he cannot
always fulfill the expectation of employee to solve his problem. For example
there lot of problem a manager has to face which he has to solve them, but with
in short span of time he cannot do so.
4 Making Unliking decision
Sometimes a manager has to make a decision that he is not like
doing. For example if the top management makes a decision to improve
performance and increased production then they increase working hours and scope
of work for employees but maintain salaries or other incentives, and the
manager has to follow the rules set by top management.
5 Burden
of Failure
It
is the manager who has to borne the burden of failure. For example, if something is
wrong in the organization, it is ultimately borne by the manager as he has to
see the work of others and coordinating the activities of other employees. He
is firstly responsible for any problem arises in the organization. This is his
main responsibility to handle the matter and immediately solve the problem.
