What Is Recruitment VS  What Is Appointment 

Recruitment is an important function of Human Resource Management (HRM) in which new applicants / candidates are searched / found out by placing Advertisement on newspaper or on internet or any other ways so that suitable candidates are selected for the required jobs.

Appointment is made for employees as well as for new selected candidates applying for the jobs in order to shift the position of employees from one position to another or appoint the right candidates to the right positions in an organization. For employees, either the position remains the same or changed but the employee is appointed in a new vacancy or in replace of another employee in an office or department or another branch of the company. For employees, employment appoint letter is issued and for new candidates job appoint letter is issued by management of the company.
