Any written document in support of a Business Transaction is called voucher. Voucher is issued internally by different departments of the company in order to record a company’s business own records. A voucher usually includes date of the transaction, the price of goods or services, approval or signature of the parties, etc.
The importance of voucher lies in the fact that every business transaction is recorded with facts & figures which is provided through voucher as a written document or evidence document
and acts as a proof of a transaction exchanged between two or more parties.
