Memo And Circular And Notice
A Memo or Memorandum is an internal communication system to convey messages only within an organization. It is communicated, directed and addressed to group of people or various departments within an organization.



A circular is a statement or printed Advertisement (Ad) made for wide distribution to lots of people in public places, doors to doors or within the organization. It is sent to group of people for conveying message about a brand or certain course of action i.e., tomorrow, a meeting will be held at office, etc. A circular is circularized among the people, such as employees or customers, etc., to convey the message effectively in order to provide the information in short period of time and to promote the products or to get the attention of staff towards certain course of action within an organization.




A Notice (NTC) is given to warn or inform or to get attention of the people. It contains factual and realistic information in order to well aware the audience before happening a future event.
